Andy Dick has been out of control these past few weeks, leading up to his arrest on Wednesday for drug and assault charges.

As PerezHilton.com Exclusively reported, Dick was kicked out of the Hard Rock hotel in Las Vegas earlier this month for being a fucked up mess.

Now, we have obtained these exclusive photos and info on Andy's wild and night just a few days ago.

The sobriety-challenged actor was pAArtying Sunday night at a bar in Temecula, California.

It was karaoke night. Fun!

Dick was was pulling up girls shirts, touching them, and being totally offensive to many.

"I was amazed he was not thrown out of the bar," a spywitness reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com. "Several women were complaining. Honestly, the guy was out of control."

Sounds like typical Dick-ish behavior!

At one point, this random girl was singing karaoke and Andy "came from behind her and grabbed her."

How rude!

"He pulled up this other girls shirt and bra and forced his mouth on her breasts," says a stunned spywitness. "He was making out with this guy and girl too that night. In fact he was swappin spit with all kinds of guys and girls. Then, when he sang a song, which HE SUCKED, he was cussing and saying he wanted to fuck everyone's mother, suck dick, etc. Guy was way messed up and being an idiot."

As would be expected, messy Andy made MULTIPLE MULTIPLE bathroom trips.

Hopefully this recent arrest will be the wake-up call he needs to get help once and for good!

Lauren Conrad's unprofessional behavior left many people stunned and saddened when The Hills star had a diva fit and walked out on a charity event she was hosting in New York City on Tuesday, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com.

The blonde was picked as the featured dog walked at the Animal Fair magazine's 9th annual 'Paws for Style' benefit.

Lauren walked the press line outside the event and then promptly left.

L.C. was supposed to be the finale of the charity fashion show and model with one of the Society's rescue dogs. She backed out suddenly and for some unknown reason as she hurried off to the exit that minimized the "humiliating" (as she put it) experience.

The magazine tells PerezHilton.com exclusively that "Animal Fair funded her trip to New York City to come support the Humane Society at Paws For Style. Instead, she partied all week in NY and the Hamptons and failed to walk the runway for the big event."

Wendy Diamond, the editor in chief of Animal Fair and one of the judges on CBS's new series Greatest American Dog claims that Lauren Conrad is GUILTY of ripping of the Humane Society.

"100 percent of the proceeds from Paws For Style go to the Humane Society of New York, we do not take a penny," Diamond tells us. Someone's been a naughty naughty girl!

Nicole Kidman's made headlines this week with reports that she's going to give away pictures of her newborn daughter, Sunday Roast, for free.

According to the Australian Media, Nic and husband Keith Urban "don't believe in making deals" for baby pics.

Not true, we're told.

A source close to the situation reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com that, "Kidman's camp has reached out to several of the celeb mags."

But, we're told, "she wanted too much money" and when she didn't get the price she wanted, she "decided to walk away from negotiations instead of taking a lower dollar figure."
